Whether you are selling up or you are moving in to a new property, you will expect a high quality conveyancing service, that is hassle free and keeps you informed every step of the way. At Conveyancing-0800 we believe that we will provide the professional service you can expect.
The solicitors will locate the details of your deeds, and once the sale terms are agreed a draft contract and all supporting documentation will be sent to your buyer’s solicitors.
As is the case with all properties sold, you will be expected to complete a questionnaire concerning your property.
This includes information about any alterations that have been completed and a list of fixtures and fittings identifying which are to be included in the sale. We will be happy to assist with any queries you may have when filling in the questionnaire, as accurately completed questionnaire reduces the risk of any delays to the process.
From the proceeds of the sale we will settle the fees with your agent, and if there is an outstanding mortgage, we will arrange the settlement. |
