Conveyancing - Selling

Conveyancing is the legal process by which the ownership of a property or land is transferred between parties, from the seller to the buyer.

Whether you are selling your first home or you have moved before, the sale of a property can be a stressful experience. So it is very important that you make the right choice in your conveyancing service.

We find that most clients want the legalities undertaken efficiently, promptly and at a reasonable price. This is exactly the service we offer at conveyancing-0800. Our solicitors are willing and able to deliver a conveyancing service that enables you to get the best possible deal.

Our conveyancing service will take you through all of the required legal steps when selling your property, including:
Agreeing the Sale: we assemble a legal information pack to send to your buyer containing all the information about your property, including fixtures and fittings. We also send a copy of your title deeds and the contract of sale. We will then also arrange a completion date for the sale.

Exchange of Contract: we receive the buyer’s deposit on your behalf. If you have a mortgage on your property we will ask for a settlement figure from your lender of the amount to be repaid once the property is sold. We exchange the signed contracts.

Completion: Your buyer’s solicitors will send us the balance payment of your property on the arranged completion date. This is then used to pay off your mortgage and any additional fees, such as the estate agents fees. The property deeds are then handed over to the buyer’s solicitors.

We want to ensure your sale goes without a hitch and we are committed to giving you as much help and guidance as we can to make that possible.

Conveyancing-0800 are a dedicated team who will be only too pleased to help should
